14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with InstaSite Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@instasitepro.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. Include your account email address and we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your site will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases

Monthly add-on subscriptions (AI Chatbot, Booking Widget, Google Reviews Widget, Custom Email, Unlimited AI Writing) follow the same cancellation policy as the main subscription — cancel anytime, active through the end of the billing period, no partial refunds.

One-time purchases (AI Logo, Brand Kit, Legal Pages Pack) are non-refundable once the deliverable has been generated and provided to you. If the deliverable has not yet been generated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge over approximately 7 days. During this period and for an additional ~14 days (while your account is in "past due" status), your site remains live. If payment is not resolved, your subscription will be canceled and your site will be taken offline. Your data is retained for 90 days.
